Which brands do you work with?
Most common systems, including Hikvision, Dahua, Swann, Eufy, Ring and Arlo.
Can you get my cameras working on my phone?
Yes. We set up the app and make sure it works away from home.
Do you install cameras on the house?
No. Mounting and any cabling is done by your electrician or installer. We configure the system once it’s in place.
Is my camera system secure?
We change default passwords, update firmware and limit who can view the cameras.
Can I watch my cameras when I’m away?
Yes. We set up the app on your phones so you can see live video and recordings from anywhere, with alerts that aren’t over the top.
How long are recordings kept?
It depends on your recorder or cloud plan. We set it up so footage is kept for as long as you need and older recordings clear automatically.
